Services

Standard Cleaning:

Standard cleaning service is perfect for regular home upkeep and refreshes. I do not use bleach or harsh chemicals—instead, I rely on steam cleaning and non-toxic products whenever possible to create a safer, healthier environment for your family (and myself!).

  • This service includes:
    ✔ Tidying areas and free of clutter

    ✔ Spot-cleaning high-touch areas (light switches, doorknobs, etc.)

    ✔Wiping down countertops, kitchen backsplash, surfaces, and outside appliances
    ✔ Vacuuming all floors and rugs
    ✔ Mopping flooring with Aunt Fannie’s solution
    ✔ Light dusting including light fixtures, ceiling fans and blinds
    ✔ Bathroom wipe-downs (toilets, sinks, bathtubs, mirrors)
    ✔ Removing all trash

    Ideal for weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly maintenance to keep your home feeling fresh—without the harsh chemicals.

PRICE: $50 per hour with a $200 minimum.

Deep Cleaning:

Deep Cleaning service goes beyond the basics to tackle dirt, dust, and buildup in overlooked or hard-to-reach places—without the use of bleach or harsh chemicals. I use steam cleaning and non-toxic products to give your home a truly refreshed, healthier clean.

This service includes everything in Standard Cleaning in addition to:
✔ Baseboards, vents, and walls
✔ Interior windows, window sills, doors and door frames
✔ Detailed bathroom and kitchen cleaning
✔ Scrubbing tile grout and soap scum removal
✔ Interior appliance wipe-downs (fridge, oven, microwave, etc.)

✔Vacuuming furniture (including underneath)

Ideal for seasonal resets, pre-listing prep, post-construction, or when your home just needs a serious refresh.

PRICE: $65 per hour with a $200 minimum.

Consultation Fee

A one-hour in home or office consultation is required for all decluttering and organizing jobs which includes:

  • A walkthrough of your space(s)

  • A needs assessment and style preference discussion

  • Custom recommendations tailored to your goals.

  • A follow-up plan with estimated hours and materials (if needed).

Price: $75.00. Fee is applied toward your booked session.

Feeling overwhelmed by clutter? Our decluttering service helps you regain control of your space by sorting through excess items and removing what no longer serves you. We focus on clearing out—not organizing—so you can enjoy a more breathable, functional home.

This service includes:
✔ Sorting items into donate, discard and re-home piles
✔ Bagging and boxing unwanted items
✔ Optional coordination of donation pickups or haul-away services (additional fees may apply)

Whether it’s one room or your whole house, we’ll help you let go of the mess—no judgment, just progress.

PRICE: $50 per hour with a $200 minimum.

For garages, attics or rooms with no AC: $75/hr.

Declutter:

Already decluttered but struggling to find a system that works? Our organizing service helps bring order, structure, and calm to your space—using what you already own or recommending solutions that fit your lifestyle.

This service includes:
✔ Categorizing and arranging items for easy access
✔ Creating functional systems for storage
✔ Labeling and placement for long-term maintenance
✔ Styling shelves, drawers, closets, and more

If needed, I can purchase organizing materials —such as bins, baskets, shelving, and labels—on your behalf. The cost of these materials will be added to your final invoice. I’m happy to work within your budget and style preferences.

We’ll transform your space into one that’s not just tidy—but purposeful, beautiful, and easy to maintain.

PRICE: $50 per hour (4 hour minimum), PLUS any organizing materials

For garages, attics or rooms with no AC: $75/hr.

Organize:

Ready for a total reset? Our Declutter & Organize service helps you simplify your space and create easy-to-maintain systems that work for your daily life. We start by removing what no longer serves you, then thoughtfully arrange what remains.

This service includes:
✔ Sorting items into donate, discard and rehome piles
✔ Bagging and boxing unwanted items
✔ Organizing and styling remaining items for function and flow
✔ Customized systems based on your space and lifestyle
✔ Labeling, bin placement, and system setup

If needed, I can purchase organizing materials —such as bins, baskets, shelving, and labels—on your behalf. The cost of these materials will be added to your final invoice. I’m happy to work within your budget and style preferences.

For garages, attics or rooms with no AC: $100/hr.

Declutter & Organize:

Just moved in? Skip the stress and let us help you settle in with ease. Our Unpacking & Organizing service turns your new house into a functional, peaceful home—right from the start.

This service includes:
✔ Unpacking boxes and removing packing materials
✔ Categorizing and placing items thoughtfully
✔ Creating practical, easy-to-maintain systems
✔ Organizing closets, cabinets, pantries, and more
✔ Labeling and product recommendations if needed

If needed, I can purchase organizing materials —such as bins, baskets, shelving, and labels—on your behalf. The cost of these materials will be added to your final invoice. I’m happy to work within your budget and style preferences.

We don’t just unpack—we set you up for long-term simplicity and comfort.

PRICE: $65/hour (3-hour minimum PLUS any organizing materials

Unpacking & Organizing:

  • Deep Cleaning ➕ $0.20 per sq ft
